Hello and welcome, bring thrifty and picky are Good characteristics to help you NOT go overboard.  On the hand I have cluster addiction syndrome (completely made up by me) I collect in clusters bits and then on to one thing zealously for a time.

I love my dolls from EAH the best. Are you finding some still in stores for sale. None left here in Canada.

What will you do for your first custom?

Lol a whole bunch of dolls in various states sounds like how I do things jump in feet first.

This site is good for great customizing and fixing issues. And the more I do the more comfortable I have been fixing things such as glue seepage,  and I tackled spots on dolls. I have not really done much  customizing except switching heads off dolls with moldef Clothing.

What customs are you planning. From your name do you see a lot?

There is action figure joints on eBay that you can use to make new joints if you need the joints to flex.

I agreed but wrap the doll in tissue then bubble wrap so it does not stick to the plastic.

Thank you, and it really is. I too pick solely based on the dolls. I'm actually kind of afraid to watch the movies at this point in case it turns out I can't stand their animated selves and it ruins the dolls for me. (I anthropomorphize like nobody's business.)
For me I have not been interested in MH my daughter watches jen some. I do like the Eah dolls series to watch

I don't really have any luck finding MH, but recently at Once Upon A Child I found an Animator's Collector Anna in perfect condition. She looked like whoever had her before really loved her, and she came home with me. I couldn't leave her there. ^^;

Oh sweet the animator dolls are adorable. Some dolls one cannot leave behind

Welcome it is always so interesting who becomes our favourites. Torelei is my favorite, i donít watch the movies or anything so my pick is strictly on the doll appeal. I have a soft spot for Lagoona
