Oooops, yeah I just reread his comments, my mistake. Seems like he is gone from MH then.

Sounds like the water you used wasn't hot enough. Personally, if the doll has straight hair I hold the head over the steaming spout of a boiling kettle. Works a treat. Be careful though as to not get your hands scolded by the steam.

Well Garret mentioned on his Instgram that he had fun designing the not SDCC Cleo and Ghoulia pack, so it does appear that he still does some work for MH. Maybe he does freelance work?

Frightmare Olympia Wingfield :) We never got the last four Frightmares over here and I decided I did want her after all.. was never too sure if I liked her or not.. but having seen her in person at last, I'm SO glad I did get her, she's lovely!!

Did you find her on a UK store shelves? I wouldn't mind some of the last frightmares.

Yeah Deuce and Raythe do look cute together, but I can't see it developing into nothing more than a bromance. Boo-hiss.

Why oh why does every head accessory have to be attached to a headband? I think that these party hats look a little bit silly. I prefer the regular Fangelica, Lala looks cute thou, shame about the articulation. These   sets with the Fashionista type bodies are no more than just fashion packs IMO.

TK Maxx in Warrington had the Welcome to Monster High 2 pack of Moanica D'Cay and Drac for 14.99

B&M has this same set for 12.99

Nice!! Is it just me or is Moanica's head gigantic compared to the other MH dolls?
My local B&M is garbage for MH stock, otherwise I would've snatched that 2-pack for that price by now.

Even better, Argos' ebay shop has them for 10.99 with free p&p!

They also have the Dance the Frightaway playset for 7.45, which is a bargain.

I decided to bite e bullet and get Treesa Thornwillow at full price of 32.99! The only shop in the UK that currently has her is Smyths, so me an the other half went to pay our newly opened localish store a visit. They had 6 on the shelves and 5 were wonky so I'm really glad I was able to pick her up in person. Also I got the 3 siblings, again overpriced at 9.99 each, probably only worth 6 imo. They had 2 Pawlas, one was wonky, 1 Ebbie with a decent face and about 8 Fangelicas and most of them were wonky too!!!! So I overpaid on all 4 dolls but at least I'm happy with their faces. Although I like the look of the siblings I am not impressed by the lack of articulation, apart from being able to sit they're basically statues, ah well, I knew that before buying them.
I will say that I love Treesa, although I hate her ponytail ( Mattel cheapening out again) so I'm trying to find some inspiration for a new hair style although I can't find any restyle vids on YouTube.

Oh I forgot to add that I also got Dot Dead Gorgeous Operetta, loving her retro vibe, very rock and roll

Ordered the Dance the Fright Away playset the other day of eBay for a mere 7.50 brand new. It arrived today and I must say that I like it, it's of a much better quality than I'd imagined after viewing a couple of youtube vids. Now my masters can party on down at the disco lol

Got G2 Gil and party Ghouls Abby, both are lovely and Gils breathing mask actually fits inside his tote bag!

Deuce has a two tailed rat called Perseus.

GIL!! Woo hoo. They had better release a doll of him in this outfit or else I'm gonna stamp my feet and thweam and thweam until I'm thick

I'm disappointed that they didn't give him a new look. It doesn't make sense that he's wearing the old MH letterman jacket when he's never been to the school before.

When has Mattel made any sense lately LOL   A good doctor once said "it's all gone timey whimey" lol I think it's probably safe to say that G2 has no canon lol

So there's a crossword you can print out on the MH website where you have to watch the episodes to find the answers. It's a pretty good way to encourage people to watch the show.

Also, it's confirmed Gil is coming back. Let hope there's less relationship drama between him and Lagoona this time around.

It's nice to see some positivity about the family lines, thanks ghouls. Barker is sooo cute, I know I'll end up getting all of them eventually, even though they're lacking in articulation.

My Clawdeen family set arrived the other day! They look really cute. XD I can confirm that Pawla and Barker share a body mold.

Neat!
I wonder if changing their arms would be possible to have one with straight arms.

Even if you could swap arms (which I doubt) the dolls are not the same shade. Barker is a lot lighter in colour.

TRU BOGOF again  I got Frightfully tall Elissabat and the "collector" Skelita, plus I got another 5 off using a coupon that clearly states it was not to be used in conjunction with any other offers lol.

Some zomboys please Mattel, along with more mansters. A sig Deuce would be nice, along with Wraith. Here's a long shot....how about some of the G2 skeleton dudes? They'd be more than welcome in my collection, along with Johnny Spirit. Remember when there was speculation we'd be getting him when that transparent blue body appeared on-line which turned out to be another Invisibilly lol, I was so disappointed.

lol, if she is wearing Ed's apron, what (or who) is she BBQing? I think that I've just talked myself into getting this set and I'll put some cam arms on the BBQ, anyone for mustard?

Here in the UK Agos has just released their new catalogue/fall season and all dolls have been cutback with the exception of DCSHG and the release of Enchantimals. EAH are gone and (currently) no new MH, although they do add to the on-line stock throughout the year, but yeah it is worrying. TRU are finally having a BOGOF offer to reduce stock, let's hope that they have some of the new dolls coming soon. And Smyths have Treesa, garden ghouls, siblings and the Lala, Goona n Clawdeen family packs. So it's not all bad, but yeah...
