Have you read "Teahouse of the August Moon" ?   It's an old one but has a kind of gentle humor that makes it rather charming.

I do miss the old theme song, cartoon and all the details that came with the dolls.  I still look at them and think, "wow".

I feel lucky now.   I liked them from the start.  The big heads did throw me for a moment when I saw them in person.  It was the clothes that pushed me forward.

OK after googling "ROOM GUARDIANS", I fell in love with the wolves.

If I won the lottery, I'd want to fix up my house.   Then, go on vacation.  Then, buy all the accessories, wigs, eyes and clothes I've been dreaming about for my dolls.  Maybe after that, I'll think about more dolls.  Haha.

The artwork is really cute!  I love the hat on the skullettes.

This is a fun thread.  I love seeing your favorites.

1) pair of shoes Sig Maddie.  They're what convinced me to go looking for her.

2) outfit  Dragon Games Raven   It looks incredibly fun. I'd wear it.  The only thing is, I could never put chains in my hair.  How does that even work???

Outfit #2 & 3 would be Sig Maddie and  Sig Lizzie.

3) other accessory Book Club Ginger's hair accessory.  It's just so... cute.  I like the gold, how it matches her outfit and just the way it reminds me of a crispy/chewy treat.

4) hairstyle  Sig Lizzie.

5) piece of furniture Ginger's oven

I love needle felting.  It's easy but time consuming and occasionally painful.   I've stuck myself many, many times.

Wow!  So many dolls and what a gorgeous display.  I would spend hours looking at them all.

Robecca Steam's calf gears.  It was a surprise and so perfect.

Sig Luna's outfit, cape and bug body

Laguna's Dawn of the Dance hair and outfit

Spectra's transparent legs and hands

Venus's Green Vines

B&W Frankie (I wish they all had a b&w version)

The G1 scowling faces... vamp look kind of sold the monster part for me.

Howleen's ears! OMG so cute

Roller Skating Frankie's green lips and hair streaks

Threadarella's outfit especially her scissor shoes

Sweet Screams Draculaura's sticky shoes

You take such good pictures!

Monster Discussion / Re: Loving the dolls you have

I do love the new dolls.  But every time I'm tempted, I remind myself that I have a lot of nice dolls that look similar at home already and that I like them just a wee bit more.  Since I keep mine wrapped in tissue paper in a plastic bin,  It's kind of fun going through them every once in awhile and discovering them again.

I want the slime guy!

I don't know how it's doing but, my TRU doesn't have Monster High or Ever After High at all.   They don't even have shelf space anymore.  They're just gone.   Instead we have two isles worth of American Girl now.

So... I guess I just have Target and Walmart left.

Oh... that's hard.   I think it's sig with Dead Tired and Coffin Bean both a close second.
