Off Topic / Re: Hatchimals?
« on: November 08, 2016, 02:15:48 PM »
Last week my grandma ended up surprising me and picking one up from Walmart. It took around an hour for the whole 'hatching' process to happen and it was so cool how it's motorized beak was able to peck out each egg piece one by one. I really like this new product but now a lot of people are picking up on the popularity of them and selling them on Ebay  for $100+. I checked last night and they're sold out at my local Walmart and on all of the major websites; Walmart, Toys R Us, Target.

Picked up the Suicide Squad Soundtrack, mainly for Heathens (by Twenty One Pilots) and Bohemian Rhapsody (by Panic! at the Disco) but overall I love all of the songs on it. I also went to BAM! and found the Harley Quinn and Joker Pop! Funkos for only 9.99 each. I quickly grabbed those two and the Joker was the only one like him there!

I really love that Lagoona! Her hair is adorable with all of the curls in it! If you end up curling the Evil Queens hair I'd love to see the finished result!

Brags / Volley's doll finds
« on: July 16, 2016, 10:27:50 PM »
Tonight I headed to Target to see what monsterful goodies they had on sale. After walking back to the MH isle I found the student disembody council 5-pack. There were easily around 10 there. I looked down and realized the price , originally $49.99, had dropped down to only $24.98. I decided to get one so I began looking at the other 5-packs to see which one had the best doll hair and finally decided on this one, in which Cleo's hair seemed the least out of control. I'm super pleased with the characters in this set , especially Lagoona. I can now finally say that I own Gilda as well, whom looks adorable in person. Now, hopefully since they are clearing out this 5-pack, maybe Target will get in the Maul Monsteristas :) Please Target!

Since everybody's doing it thought I might as well too :) So, here are my favorite releases:

Frankie: Signature; This was my first doll and she holds sentimentality to me.
Draculaura: Forbitten Love Lala, her pig tails and dress are adorable;  Dead Tired is a really close second. Again, I love the pig tails.
Clawdeen: Tied between Skull Shores and Scarily Ever After; Then it's gotta be Dead Tired and DOTD. There are so many I love of Clawdeen.
Ghoulia:  DoTD. The fluffy sparkly dress is beastiful.
Cleo: Signature 2.0 followed by Ghoul's Rule Cleo.
Lagoona: DoTD and Dead Tired. Lagoona is one of my ultimate favorite dolls. Love her sea designs.
Spectra:  Sig. All the way.
Abbey:  Sig and Skull Shores... So much glitter!
Toralei: Sig.

Monster Discussion / Re: Who was your first doll?
« on: September 15, 2015, 06:47:47 PM »
My first (well 2) dolls I got were Sig Draculaura and Frankie. I got them in 2010 from a Justice store at the Mall of America and remember how excited I was about them. Those two are the ones that got me started on this collecting spree.

Yes! I love this show! None of my friends watch it so I'm usually watching it by myself and fangirling over it while they wonder what's going on x) I love how it plays on a kids channel yet the show itself has pretty deep meanings to it; ie illuminaty (Bill); I think it's really cool how they incorporate some more grown up things in it yet they make it kid friendly as well.
