Hey now
Hey now
This is what memes are made of

On a more serious note I'm on the fence about the Sonic ones, the eyes are really off and feel like these would actually benefit from having mouths but I might open my heart if I see them in person. They might actually be alright.

I'm also in love with this thing
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.

I think I found the playlist for this show in the depths of my youtube recs a while ago and I've been watching it ever since! I think it's really cute and I've been waiting for more merchandise to drop. The world they created is so interesting and I think it's great that Hasbro has another original franchise that's story driven.

None of the merch is stuff I'm really interested in just yet, other than the Hemka plushies (which are new I think? The last time I searched for Hanazuki stuff all I saw was the wearable toys, the little dreamers, the moonlight garden and the light up plush on around late august). I found blind bags for it at kohl's yesterday too.

Turns out Garrett designed the MM 5 pack:

Honestly I love this little tidbit more than the concept art
Fun fact: this set was originally supposed to be a Fraidie Hawkins 5 pack with 2 couples: #HeathBurns & #AbbeyBominable and #InvisBilly & #ScarahSreams with #HeadmistressBloodgood as the chaperone!

Not gonna lie, even though this is one of my favorite MH releases ever, I would have taken a second release for Bloodgood in a heartbeat.

Looks like we're getting Rochelle this week! I think her new voice is okay, but her new outfit is so lovely.

I might have to pick up this Maddie when she goes on deep clearance or from amazon warehouse. I still want a smiling Sig Maddie and if I get this one I won't have to deal with an extra body or a bunch of accessories I don't care about.

Y'know one of these days they're going to have to find a better name than "transforming Draculaura". Listings for that ghoul-to-bat one can get pretty vague.

Moanica vaguely strikes me as an "anything you can do I can do BETTER" kind of antagonist. Maybe it's that sort of thing. I've been gunnin' for a 3rd Moanica and I hope she's gorgeous.

Sonic Mania comes out tomorrow and I'm practically vibrating with excitement! I've preemptively apologized to my doll display because that Sonic statue is getting center stage probably forever.

Not to mention that Mania being released means they can start putting out more info about Sonic Forces. Which is...very much needed right now.

Oh man this is tough but uh

1) pair of shoes - Sig Ashlynn/Sig Ginger/Sig Apple/Sig Holly/SDCC Cedar
2) outfit - SDCC Cedar/Sig Lizzie/Sig Briar
3) other accessory - Sig Cerise's basket/BB Rosabella's glasses/Thronecoming Cupid's earrings
4) hairstyle - Sig Lizzie/WtW Raven/Sugarcoated Ginger
5) piece of furniture - The entirety of the Hat-tastic Tea Party set, especially the tree table and chair

In terms of G1 characters I'm holding out for Scarah, Robecca, and Gigi. Besides those three I just want a little figurine set of the backgrounder squad. They don't have to be articulated or to scale or anything but I want them to be accurate to the CGI models.

Also where's our third Moanica? I want one that I can't live without.

I love this one! I'm also kind of conflicted about her official outfit and I think it's because of how her bodysuit is mostly unbroken. Those huge spaces in the belt/cage don't quite work for me but putting something under it might.

Great job Wardah! I've been wondering if something like this was possible ever since I saw someone describe the pegs as being "too long".

What tools did you use? How did you heat the hands/arms?

I was prepared to be completely indifferent but EMPEROR'S NEW GROOVE!!!!!!!!

That line was such a huge surprise for me. Didn't even think that was on their radar.

Hoping this means we get more "obscure" Disney movies. Like Atlantis or Treasure Planet.

Seconding this so hard. Everyone likes to poke fun at the POPs but I love how they help properties get merch that otherwise wouldn't.

Also if Atlantis figures happen I want a glowy/opaque "heart of Atlantis" variant for Kida

A thought just hit me: the silhouette suggests that she's holding a purse. Static body + solo release + extra accessories sounds like the Lots of Looks line to me.

Her arms are so skinny though, I'm really betting on her being Kelpie/Alivia size

What are the chances that's Packlyn and not Howleen, I would hate to see some giant fan-rage storm if it turns out to be another non-Howleen sibling...

Oh no you're right. There is another trademark that hasn't been filled. She has a flopped ear though that would be so mean of them. I'll be in the bomb shelter if you guys need me.

Howleen's finally back!

Judging from her arm placement she doesn't have much articulation. This posits a question: Is Howleen still 14 and her first reappearance is a $7 no-joints budget? Or has she been aged down to 11/12 so she can be in a troupe with Kelpie and Alivia?

Also who wants to bet her hair is still pink and mostly straight.

Huh, I was wondering why the non-removable body wasn't being rolled out all at once but they both have them here so that's moot.

The 2 pack is cute but I probably won't buy it. I'm just thrilled that dolls are being released at all. This seems to pattern match the release of the Winning Werewolves pretty well, so should we be expecting another doll? Maybe that Toralei mentioned in the description of Frankie's playset is the the single release like Venus.

I love her hair blend and I like how she seems to be bluer than Frankie. I don't know why but I was expecting the grill to be more colorful? When have MH's playsets ever conceded to realism (hi Draculaura's pink oven)

I guess the theme for the Stein family is a barbecue, that's pretty cute actually and oddly #relatable. Tomorrow we'll find out which is the Kelpie aged one and then that'll leave the other name for the separate release. I hope they're pretty.

I agree that the dress in the OP is more than likely a mock up of Cleo's dress, so it's yet to be seen whether or not this is a full fledged ballet themed line or just a slightly more extravagant "Dance Class" with the styles doled out to different characters. I'm cool with either honestly.

She's so CUTE I could honestly die. When she goes on super clearance she's as good as mine (unless someone wants to split the set).
