I highly doubt it. I can't see them bringing it back anytime soon.

Hasn't monster high been dead?

I would have to say Honey Swamp. I love how soft her curls are and her hair is different  from the other girls.

I'd recommend either a hot water bottle or electric blanket, so that way you wouldn't have to keep dunking the head in water and then drying the doll off while re-rooting

One would need to use a plastic bag with the hot water technique.
If you're using the tool method for re-rooting then you really can't get the doll's head wet during the process.  You run a serious risk of the hair pulling right back out of the doll's head as you try to dry it off.
I think that is what I'm going to do. Thank you all for responding

I'm currently in the process of rerooting a Bratz head and the head is very hard. I have gotten out most of the hair out her head.  Should I heat up her head in a bag in hot water and then re-root her hair? Has anyone else re-rooted a Bratz/ doll with a hard head? Any tips would be appreciated!

I played the beauty shop salon app and it actually kept me entertained. The only downside is the lack of options

I have been kinda done with monster high for awhile and none of the dolls in the past year or so have called me. I now see for them and just enjoy the dolls I have . The reboot shifted my attention towards other things like art and video games. I'll probably just stop collecting tbh.

I don't feel grief, but I do feel frustration, because I don't feel that a reboot was ever the answer to issues popping up in the Monster High line.
^^^ so true. I feel like they could have done other things .

I collect , because I love how creative and fun monster high dolls are. I love to look at the dolls and get inspired. Setting up the dolls in scenes let's my mind drift away. The dolls I have basically let me get away and be able to truly relax .

I bought a bunch of scrapbook paper from Amazon and I plan on using it for some doll rooms.

She seems pretty basic. Shouldn't the first doll of her in G2G be like a signature?

Honestly, they seem to have just skipped signatures for ones that aren't the main ghouls. We've gotten three reboot Abbey dolls now and no sign of a Sig. Same with Twyla.
Oh right. I kinda miss signature dolls.

Why would they age down howleen? I just don't get why they would do that.

That honestly doesn't seem like something Twyla would wear......
You're right, it isn't. She's supposed to be a Victorian girl with a haunted-house theme, with occasional shades of gothic lolita. None of that is shown here.

My big question with this set is "Why?" Whose idea was this, or who made the team do this? Look, the reboot has some bright spots and isn't completely trending towards awful (Alivia Stein, for example, is pretty clever), so I don't think the new creative team is completely blind. What gives?
^^This. I just feel like the styles of the characters are sometimes thrown out the window. Most of the new dolls just seem tacky. Did the creative team run out of  ideas??

Ghoulia looks so pretty. I like how animated she looks. If the reboot dolls all had expressive faces lake her I would have been on board for the whole reboot.
