First thrift find in a while: a SRM Operetta wearing the white spiderweb dress + belt, shoes, and purple jacket from the deluxe fashion pack.

I just realized that Luna's youngest siblings would be caterpillar kids.
So Glo Worms, basically. :B

I'm usually terrible at spotting wonky faces, but yikes. A bit worse and I would have bought her
Ah, budget cheerleader Lagoona. Truly the gift that keeps on giving.

Was wondering if such a thing existed. Right now I'm staring down a massive jumble of plastic and hoping to figure out what all goes with whom.

Garden Ghouls wings trio. Toralei's possibly the wonkiest doll I own now, but she's so pretty that I can hardly care. Plus the bug glasses do a fine job of concealing it anyhow. :B

Every time I look at these I'm just struck by how much more... like actual toys the Max Steel ones seem compared to the MH offerings.

Just got back from a week spent out of state, during which I found these: I had completely given up on finding them with the original articulation, and yet there they were! Along with Earl Grey, whom I found hiding not far from them.

I have yet to encounter a Lumina in person myself. Usually the nearest Target has a couple of Wingrids at the most, hence I was quite surprised to find a lone Beetrice there once. I'm just glad I was able to nab her then and there.

And the molded inner monster wigs from the add-on packs (e.g. the fire wig) have no pegs at all, so they should work just fine on any CAM.

Mine are just in stacks on a shelf. I ought to bag them; they'd be less likely to fall behind the bookcase that way.

Thank you! Those are really awesome. Are the green things with the queen the pods? Thank you for doing all the different pics!
OMG the Alien franchise has some amazing movies/storylines.
Last pic - so funny! Are you planning an Alien/MH crossover? When the Alien queen comes to Monster High, will she be accepted for who she is? Will she take over the Catacombs and lay pods everywhere? Will the embryos go after the ghouls and mansters, or head straight for the normies? lol
The green thing's an ovipositor! It didn't come with eggs, though, other than what's molded to the bade. Instead it was rigged to pour slime on trapped figures. Of course by the time I got my queen hive set, said slime was, uh. Not very slimy anymore. Wrt the last paragraph in your post, this is the image that immediately came to mind: I'm not sure why that specifically was what came to mind, but yeah. :B

Congrats, that's awesome!
I've never seen/heard of them...could you pls post a pic of the aliens with their victims, I mean humans? Are the human figures similar to the movies in terms of alien/victim scale?
Sure thing! This is currently the only human figure I've got from this line, but he'll serve just fine for size reference: So much for that disguise! The aliens themselves vary in size somewhat depending on the breed. Here's the same figure with a more typical drone: And with a more typical queen: And now, just for the sake of silliness: That's, uh, a nice pet crab you've got there, Lagoona.

Reacquired another couple of Kenner Aliens: Was very happy to find both of these with no missing projectiles. Dude on the right's especially tricky to find complete since he comes with more than one. Barring repaints and a few victims human figures, I've got a nearly complete Kenner Aliens collection now.

Oh pfff, I just realized something about my Cleo. Specifically her dress. The print's upside down! D'oh! I ought to put her in my SDCC Iris shoes. One of those is missing a couple of eyes. Wonk couture.
