Eye Brow scratched and I didn't do it
« on: February 12, 2014, 04:16:17 PM »
I was looking at my dolls the other day and I have a Scaris Duece and his brows are coming off. I have all the dolls wrapped in white tissue paper so they don't get messed up, so I don't know how his brows are getting damaged. Is there a way to fix it and prevent it from happening more?

Could it be rubbing from his glasses? That's the only thing I can think of. :annoyed:

I had something similar happen with a Scaris Clawdeen; her whole eye peeled off. In my case, it started right after I opened her, so I ended up taking her back to the store and returning her, but that's probably not an option for you if you've had him a while.

I think if I were in your shoes, I'd write to Mattel. They might be able to offer you a voucher or something.
