Music Festival Clawdeen Revamp

I always thought the Music Festival line was just a bit boring. When I thrifted Clawdeen still wearing her jumpsuit I decided to have a go at making her look more "glam rock." I started this project YEARS ago and only just finished her up this week 



When I started her i was really into yarn reroots and had done 3. I chose colors that looked like her original hair. I cut of one leg of the jumpsuit and turned it into a sleeve to give a funky asymetrical look and then added ruffles. I started off trying to sew everything on but black fabric was so difficult I ended up using fabric to attach everything. I painted the details on the boots and painted her nails and Ta daa! Pretty simple and amateur but I like the end result. Relieved to have finished one of my many unfinished projects.

I wish I finished her sooner when MH was still going. I never intended to keep her, she was just a fun project.
