What the actual f***.  Gotta say, especially after all the hype and the shenanigans about whether or not these dolls were even being made, to have made them in such a limited run feels like a slap in the face to actual collectors.  (Not only that, after months of waiting, they gave us TWO days notice of when they would drop - sorry I work at a job I can't just bail on for a toy sale.  I'm genuinely angry.)

Someone even had screenshots of someone commenting on Mattel's official post stating they were waiting to purchase all their stock. .w.;; So personally- I think it's scalpers to blame on the shortage.

Yeah, there are a bunch of listings of stacks of the Pennywise on ebay for $300+ dollars. I wonder if mattel can cancel those orders? And I don't know how scalpers' bots work but I assume they have ways to circumvent customer limits at this point too. Really wish MattelCreations was handling this better though. Pretty much been radio silence on their instagram and it's really not going over well.

It was a mess indeed. But there will be more available on Walmart and amazon on the 30th. Please don’t share this date much so it does not get around.

I'm not as big on straight up horror so these do nothing for me but if they did one based on Beetlejuice I would find it hard to resist.

Also I wouldn't really expect something to not get spread if you put it on a public forum. Just sayin, cos I know this forum is currently really dead compared to a few years back. But all it takes is one person to see it n blast it on instagram or the like.

Seeing more from MH would be exciting though. And I hope Mattel can pick back up from their current fumble on PR.

There was another sale on the creations.mattel site. Looks like a bunch of people managed to get the dolls this time. Any idea when they'll hit either suspected retailers of amazon and walmart?
