Casta Fierce doll
« on: February 23, 2019, 03:23:57 PM »
Hello i've just got Casta today and apart from knowing that she's a witch, i don't know anything else about her. When was she released? I've looked through some old Argos pages that i kept on MH, but she isn't in them.

Also she's in her birthday suit so i'm looking forward to finding her clothes etc. :)

I also take it that from her name she must be  a naughty witch, but she's joined my other dolls of class 2018/19.
and seems to like everyone!

She was released in 2014!

Her MH Wiki page tells more about her: https://monsterhigh.fandom.com/wiki/Casta_Fierce

Daughter of Circe, the greek goddess of magic itself, so Casta must be a very powerful witch herself...

Fun fact, she almost had a second release, the 2-pack from Fierce Rockers that had Toralei and Catty Noir? Toralei always seemed a tad out of place, no? Originally it was supposed to be Catty and Casta together.

Hello, thank you both for the info: i've looked at Casta's wiki page and i'm really glad that she's not a bad witch or anything. I'm really happy to see that she's freinds with both Catty and Operetta, I have Operetta, but not Catty, yet!

Thanks!

If you're looking for clothes for Casta I suggest checking out HauntCoutureAtelier on Etsy. A little bit pricy, but totally worth it, and last I checked they had some stuff that would look awesome on her!

Here's the link to the shop:

Casta tends to transform people when her songs accidentally turn into spells, so she only performs on Halloween and has to distract herself to keep from overthinking her lyrics and messing up. There's a couple webisodes around her concert.

Thank you to you both. I really love her already and she has settled in nicely with the gang.  I can't stop brushing her hair and moving her around on the shelf.

Thanks for the Etsy link!!

No problem! And I know what you mean about brushing her hair. It's so soft!

I love Casta's hair!!!!

Also, since she's a bit bigger than the regular Ghouls (Big Sister size), I've put 'Manster' sized clothing on her with no problem. I got some pants from etsy in boy size, and Casta snagged those immediately! So if you have any Barbie or MH boy sized items, worth a try to see if they will fit. Good luck!

And thanks for those who commented on Casta's background, I learned a few things!

Hi, thanks for the great tip, I've let my ken dolls know that when they are having a clear out to check with Casta first!  When i got her i was suprised that she's quite tall, then Claudia arrived and they are a similar size.

I've only got two MH boys at the moment, Deuce and Slo mo, only slo mo has clothes on! and i think for the moment he's wanting to keep them!
