Sure, I have no plans of buying these but  I think they'd be great for some kids. Some kids like to take their toys in the bath or pool and these would be great for that and they all have their own individual swimsuits, not just the same one or a solid color. They have a pretty nice amount of detail for what they are. I think the weird thigh-gap is just so they can sit properly but idk. Yeah these aren't really great for most collectors but for what they are and that children can have aquatic play dolls I think it's not too bad.

I think they would be cuter in a teddie, but that's not the point for little girls, is it?  lol  The poseability is very important to me, so these won't be coming home with me. :dazed:

Can a ghost swim?

Then again, Spectra had a swim line doll.

I still like their faces! (Except Ari, of course)

My guess is that for a ghost, floating in water would be more or less the same as floating in air, as a Rochelle's whole character arc in Haunted was wanting to swim and being able to do so after gettin' ghostly

...Thank you for this comment. I really mean that. I was getting frustrated with the recent dolls, but reading this reminded me how much fun it was to play in water, and these sturdy dolls would be better for aquatic play. So I'm really glad some little kids will get to have fun playing with these in water.

If they're going to make dolls for kids so young (which they clearly are) then just give us the rubbery snap-on clothing ala Equestria girls and give us monsterously cool fashion details. I know they can do that pretty well since the mini Barbie Starlight Adventure twins have cute swappable rubber skirts. Those twins are $5.98 on clearance at my TRU and yesterday all clearance was an additional %15 off.  But I got the last heart hands Barbie and a live pet ladybug (for my cat) instead...kinna regret it.

I just love Ari's body.  That translucent, pearlescent, iridescent sheen.  Not feeling that thigh gap, though.
