Show Me Burton Alice On a Made to Move Body!
« on: April 09, 2017, 07:28:10 PM »
I was wondering about creating a hybrid Alice doll from her Alice Through the Looking Glass versions. I like her first-film dress which only Jakks provides, but the face is wrong, so I was planning to get the Disney Store Alice and dress her up in the Jakks dress. Then, because that wasn't complicated enough, I wondered if I could put the head of that doll and the dress of the other doll onto a third doll- a Made to Move Barbie body. I know Emily (at Toy Box Philosopher) didn't have success with her Belle head on this body, but I think that can be fixed- I just want to know how the size and color of the head would work with the pale MtM body.

Can someone please try this for me?

I was wondering about creating a hybrid Alice doll from her Alice Through the Looking Glass versions (namely, her Disney Store head and Jakks blue dress), but then I got to wondering if she'd work on the pale Made to Move Barbie body. The Disney Store legs are always a disappointment, and the Jakks bodies are pretty close to Barbie.

Can someone please try this for me?

Ooh, second that!

Last time I was in TRU, all the Lookingglass/Wonderland dolls from the most recent movie were on clearance. (Niles IL store at Golf Mill)
